How do you get a $5 smartphone app out there?

This week, it turns out you don’t have to be a genius.

A pair of crowdfunding campaigns have created Android apps for $15, and it’s a bit like a classic Kickstarter, but with a twist: they’re designed to get you a smartphone for less than $10.

These Kickstarter campaigns were launched on Tuesday by a pair of entrepreneurs who said they were trying to help people pay for the phone.

The pair, both developers and artists, said they’d like to make an app that lets people pay with their smartphones for services like Netflix, Hulu, and a host of other apps.

But the apps weren’t just for phones.

They’re for a wide range of smartphones, from the $20 Nokia Lumia 520 to the $300 Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+.

It all depends on which model you’re after.

Most of the apps we’ve found on Kickstarter are designed for a more basic smartphone.

If the app you want isn’t designed for $10 or more, there may be a better way.
